Dsp small cap fund

    Shabbir jee,
    Need your opinion on 'DSP Small cap fund".The fund is really underperforming from its peers in 3/6 months as well as 1/2 year time period. Invested in this fund from last three years through sip route(rs 4000 per month). Icici direct also given a sell call on this fund. Plz advice.

    Though it will go down more if the market is going to continue the way it is. But certainly if you can hold it for longer time frame, I am confident it should give decent returns.

    ICICI Direct gives call on funds as well?

    DSP has change in the management but I don't think the fund manager has changed. Still first see and read about the fund manager than relying on someone else. The fund is performing inline with the benchmark and that should be ok I guess https://www.valueresearchonline.com/funds/fundperformance.asp?schemecode=5069

    Oh yes. They rank and give suggestions on mutual funds. Regular plans if you buy through them though. And they also charge per SIP
