Isn't this a buying opportunity into a very stable and unique Pizza Business?

No I don't think so. That may be the view of many but I beg to differ.

A group trying to take money out of a company just like that isn't very good. Everyone is owner of the company and only promoter taking 0.25% because it is a company with their name isn't something that goes down very well. Though the amount is minute but the intention is what matters. They could have announced dividend of same quantum as a policy and that would have been much more than welcome. Every shareholder gets the same.

So when you want to be a passive investor, it isn't something that will go down my throat. I know the valuation of Jubilant Life is very compelling and I may even trade in the same in the future but not for investment.

Yes I still think so. The sector is going through bad times and when I invested, I was well prepared for it.
Yes it is done that way. I like the valuations considering the business, management quality and good growth engines in couple of years time.

Yes I do think that way. The company is trading at a PE multiple of 12 and I don't see it going down too much from current levels.

I didn't find any particular reasons as yet. Is looking (rather waiting) to see what is the reason for the selling pressure. Some bad news in the results may be anticipated.
