    Anyone with required qualifications can raise a laboratory..in this view, what's niche area for this business?

    Unorganized players is the biggest threat to this business. They not paying taxes makes the organized players tough to be price competitive.

    On top of that, it is very easy to setup a lab with literally no entry barrier.
