Because the company is in safe hands. Management is top class. The company operates in some emerging sectors, if we take a long term view. I want to invest only on fundamental basis. Not sure about Technical part. Also if we compare with the share of Motilal Oswal, it looks promising.

What are your views, please share.

    Sure.
Again good management isn't the touchstone to investing and I prefer to look at growth in the company right approach. As per screner I see only 3 years of results https://www.screener.in/company/ABCAPITAL/consolidated/

So I don't think I will take a call based on such small set of numbers.

Exactly. Even a good management doesn't mean a good investment but it means it isn't a bad investment. There is a difference of hell and heaven in both.

One more view I share is that the brokerage business, the mutual fund business etc are highly competitive sectors. The only play I see here is scale. hence I don’t see a competitive advantage apart from scale and may be superior service is the other edge. I am better of looking for other sectors where I can see a clear edge - either brand or difficult duplicate product or high entry barriers etc

Completely agree. Here is my business checklist and entry barrier and a brand is more important than just the name - https://shabbir.in/business-checklist/
