    Hi friends,
    Everyone says this is buying time.
    1.what is the buying strategy with overbought stocks like with good momentum AND over sold stocks.
    2.what is the buying strategy with stocks falling near there 200 EMA

    These are for the traders. For investors, what matters is will the current fear that is engulfing the market will have any impact on the business or not. As an example, Page Industries or Asian Paints or HUL, will they have any impact of earnings for Coronavirus?

    Depending on your analysis and answer, it is a buying strategy.

    200DMA and oversold over bought stuff is for the technicals. Suzlon isn't oversold after falling 99% for investors for sure.
