    Lupin has some bad times.. I am out of Jubilant because of recent management comments and shabbir's view

    Exactly. When I am a passive investor in a company and prefer to buy and hold, I like to have the full confidence with the management. This is the first and the foremost criteria.

    With Lupin, I am confident on the management and it is technically in downtrend as yet.
