    hi.greetings.
    1.brokerages advise to buy certain shares in dips.what is the percentage level of dips at which we can buy the shares?
    2.what is the relevance of 52 weeks high/low prices in buy decisions?

    Depends from stock to stock and person to person. Just an example and not a recommendation. Nestle is trading at 80x trailing earnings. For some 10% is a dip for others in such a high valuations, 20% is a good dip to buy.
    Nothing. News channels take it as a way to find what stocks are doing well and needs mention on their channels.
