    Colpal has given breakout.Can u throw some light on upside level/resistance level for same before entering.also RSI(80+) showing overbought zone.Please comment.

    If breakout given wrt former high & RSI in overbought zone. very contradictory.How to decide to enter or to short.

    On my blog I could not share stock specific things because many don't know price action strategy to trade in market but here all members knows price action trading strategy. Yes I will share threads like this more with justification.

    Breakout above 52 week high means we have very little data on the resistance levels and so ideally we should opt for one of the following.

    1. If your stop loss was 100 Rs below your purchase price, you can target 200 or even 300 Rs as your profit.
    2. Make a trailing stop loss of previous day or previous week closing and let your profit ride.
    I hope this helps everybody here in the forum

    No 425 is now lower than 430 peak of March and so I don't think it is a breakout at 425 but 430 would be a breakout. Also note it has good support at around 370.

    I guess this is the best time to enter into COLPAL with stoploss just below 1100 and upside objective would be minimum 1250,if it breaks out above 1250, it would be bonanza.

    Reason for This trade -

    1. Charts says price is close to up trend line and if price does not break below 1100 then uptrend would continue for sometime.

    2. momentum indicator, I am refering stochastic here is in oversold zone, so I guess good time to buy. More cautious investor/trader could wait for stochastic indicator to turn above 20 line mark.

    Abhijeet, I have shared the stock and it is Colgate Palmolive. I would say Marico is also a very good stock.
